🎦 SPECIALIZED "CREW-FOR-HIRE" & CLIENT-MEDIA POLICIES
For agencies, brands, or outside production houses booking ToyMan Media strictly for on-set physical acquisition and camera operating, without post-production pipeline requirements.
Solo Operator Cinema Deployment: Covers one (1) lead director of photography/videographer deployed to your set equipped with a master Fujifilm cinema configuration, standard audio kit, and foundational lighting array.
Full Production Crew Deployment: Covers complete premium technical on-set coverage including a primary DP/Lead Director, secondary angle operator/production assistant, and a dedicated audio technician.
⚠️ The Live Hand-Off Media Protocol (Client-Provided SD Cards): If you choose to provide your own high-speed SD media cards (minimum V60 or V90 rating required for high-bitrate F-Log capture), ToyMan Media's team will execute a secure, formatted recording directly to your physical cards during production.
Upon the official daily wrap time, the physical media cards are handed directly to your team on set. Because the physical data leaves our custody immediately:
Zero IP Upcharges: The standard Raw Footage Release License fee is completely waived, as you are taking immediate ownership of the unbacked files.
Liability Waiver: ToyMan Media holds absolutely zero legal or financial liability for card data corruption, loss, tracking failures, or post-wrap storage once the physical cards leave our set. We do not keep redundant mirror backups on our private NAS infrastructure for client-provided cards unless an Extended Archive Retainer is explicitly bundled into the contract upfront.

Standard 12-Month Project Data Archive [Included] — Active secure storage of raw source files for exactly 365 days from wrap day. Files may be systematically purged after 12 months to optimize network space unless an extended retainer is active.
Extended Multi-Year NAS Archiving Retainer [+$500 / year] — Guarantees long-term preservation of raw source files on our private high-capacity storage network for future re-edits.
Raw Footage Commercial Release License [Variable Pricing] — Complete intellectual property transfer and master file delivery via client-provided SSD. Fee is equivalent to total project cost + a 20% IP transfer premium (Absolute minimum floor of $3,500).
⚠️ OFFICIAL ON-SET OPERATIONS & OVERTIME POLICY
Payment Framework & Checkout: To secure your production calendar booking, a 50% non-refundable retainer or full payment is required strictly at checkout.
On-Set Overtime Execution: All baseline production schedules are bound strictly to the hours defined within your selected Tier (6 hours max for Tiers 1 & 2; 12 hours max for Tier 3). Any schedule overages that occur on set due to client-side delays, extended talent resets, or script adjustments will be billed at an automated flat rate of $500 per hour.
Overtime Billing Rules: Overtime minutes are rounded to the nearest half-hour block. For your logistical convenience and to maintain production momentum, additional time may be approved verbally on set by the client. An itemized invoice for the final overtime balance will be generated immediately upon wrap and must be cleared prior to the initiation of post-production cutting.
